Dr. Li is a cloud computing standards expert, open source governance expert, a key member of ZTE OSPO, and a representative of Open Infrastructure Foundation Gold Member. He has long been working on cloud computing and open source governance related standards in the Cloud Computing Working Group of the National Committee for Information Standards and CCSA TC1 WG5. In the framework of OSPO, he has been responsible for promoting the company's participation in open source community contributions and activities, participating in the development of the company's open source governance strategy, and actually leading the implementation of open source governance in the R&D work in the field of cloud computing.
