He graduated from Tsinghua University in January 2001 with a PhD in Computer Science and Technology. After graduation, he joined Bell Labs Institute of Basic Science and joined China Mobile Research Institute in 2007, responsible for the development and application of China Mobile's "Big Cloud" project, as the chief architect of cloud computing. 2010, he became one of the top 10 contributors to China's agile development by CCF, and his proposed agile and waterfall convergence model gained industry attention. 2014, he joined China Mobile Cloud Competence Center, focusing on Mobile cloud planning, architecture and innovation research.
In 2016, he was a member of the Big Data Promotion Committee of the Data Center Alliance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a deputy director of Suzhou Big Data Industry Alliance; in 2014, he was a communication member of the Big Data Expert Committee of the China Computer Society; in 2020, he was a member of the Edge Computing Special Committee of China Communications; in 2022, he was a member of the Quantum Computing Committee and Arithmetic Network Committee of China Communications; he was a member of the China Mobile Technical Advisory Committee IT He was the deputy head of the IT expert group of China Mobile Technical Advisory Committee. He has published 5 books and more than 10 papers in this field. He has granted a total of 38 domestic patents, of which 5 are first authorship, and 4 foreign PCT patents.
