Master of Information Management from NTU in Singapore. Engaged in research on development and operation maintenance, participated in the compilation of a series of standards such as "DevOps Capability Maturity Model", "DevOps General Efficiency Measurement Model" and "BizDevOps Model". Participated in the preparation of multiple white papers, survey reports, including "China DevOps Status Survey Report (2021, 2022)" etc. Participated in the evaluation of more than 20 projects for DevOps capability maturity assessment, with rich experience in standard formulation, industry research and evaluation testing.
